Refund Eligibility
Under Model A, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle
- Technical Error: Payment processing errors by our system
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Only if explicitly stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase
- Legal Compliance: When required by law or regulatory authorities
30-Day Money Back Guarantee (When Applicable)
If you purchased a plan with the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
- •You must request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
- •No questions will be asked
- •Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- •This applies only to the first month's subscription fee
Non-Refundable Items Under Model A
The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- •Add-on features or premium services (unless purchased in error)
- •Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period (if applicable)
- •Fees for services already rendered
