Refund Eligibility

Under Model A, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle
  • Technical Error: Payment processing errors by our system
  • 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Only if explicitly stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law or regulatory authorities

30-Day Money Back Guarantee (When Applicable)

If you purchased a plan with the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • No questions will be asked
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • This applies only to the first month's subscription fee

Non-Refundable Items Under Model A

The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Add-on features or premium services (unless purchased in error)
  • Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period (if applicable)
  • Fees for services already rendered
